Better Base Solutions

We purchased a much older home in Lampasas and discovered during the home inspection several piers needed replacement or repairs. We contacted 4 different companies. Curtis with CMC was one of the 3 that came out, met with us, and provided a proposal. Curtis was the most reasonable of them all. He was also the only one to tell us honestly we didn't need work the others were pushing. We had to wait on material, but that was outside of anyone's control due to weather conditions. Once the material was secured, Curtis arrived promptly and performed the contracted work utilizing a conscientious attitude. He also respected our property while performing the work and did a good job in cleaning up.

My husband and I needed our foundation repaired after buying a ranch with an older home on it. They offered a competitive price and the process was easy. We are remodeling so we were concerned about the timeline, but they got us in ahead of schedule and finished on time. They had to lift the home to level the foundation, and we were surprised by the very minimal cracks to the dry wall from that process.
